I’m not a complete asshole, I understand that mistakes happen. I’m just sick of this Sixteen and Pregnant bullshit. And I’m especially sick of hearing the excuses: - I didn’t know it could happen the first time - We didn’t think we had to use condoms - I just never took my pill Well I’m sorry but you don’t deserve a TV show because you didn’t have enough sense to handle yourself properly. I wish we would showcase teens struggling to better themselves despite poverty, illness, ANYTHING but this garbage. Again, I’m well aware mistakes happen. My parents were married but still debating having children when a condom recall resulted in my mom getting pregnant. No one handed the 26 year old working as Postmaster/going to school full time at night to become CPA a show.
